What We Do: Achieva Mortgage Funding works with over 100 Texas first lien mortgage companies / banks to provide second lien mortgage loan solutions to help borrowers achieve their short- and long-term financial goals. Solutions range from purchase money and rate/term refinance options to avoid costly mortgage insurance premiums, to JUMBO split loan solutions to minimize first lien interest rates.
Where We Are Going: Achieva Mortgage Funding is currently pursuing a limited number of lending partnerships in the Houston and San Antonio markets. Our goal is to provide the same valuable second lien mortgage loan solutions for our neighbors in these markets, to assist borrowers in improving their financial well-being by providing fiscally sound, economically creative mortgage loan options.
